By accessing and/or viewing and/or using the website https://app.umbrelly.cloud/ (the “Website”), and/or Services and/or giving your consent by ticking the respective box when You access or use the Website through any mobile phone, tablet, computer, or another device, you as a user (“You”, “User”, or “Your”) of the Website on any computer device or laptop computer, or another device, You confirm that You have read, understand and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy and Our Terms and Conditions, and any other applicable law.

12.3 All data processed by Us is stored exclusively in secure hosting facilities provided by AWS.

12.4 For The Users In The EEA.

Transfer of Personal Data to countries outside of the EEA may be possible only in the case when We have obtained Your consent for it.
